North Beach Citizens is doing invaluable work for the city of San Francisco. By employing, feeding, finding housing for, and simply forming relationships with those experiencing homelessness in North Beach, they are making a huge difference in the neighborhood. The streets in North Beach are noticeably cleaner than in other parts of SF thanks to the work of their clients. Recently they have been engaging with the community more than ever before too, hosting volunteer and social events. North Beach Citizens is a wonderful organization!
