I served on the board for ten years and am a proud supporter of BlinkNow. Co-founders Maggie Doyne and Tope Malla remain actively involved in leadership positions. They have a strong team in Nepal and in the US. I am confident that my donations are used effectively towards the mission of providing quality education and a safe environment for children and women in Nepal. Financials and governance documents are viewable on the website and are reviewed and updated regularly.

I had the opportunity to visit Nepal several years ago, and I loved the family atmosphere at Kopila Valley Home and the sense of responsibility to the community. Many children at Kopila Valley School are the first in their families to receive an education. In a country where 37 percent of girls are married before their 18th birthday, BlinkNow provides counseling and support to keep girls in school. They also started a Big Sisters' Home, a temporary living situation for female students who are most at-risk. As all students prepare to graduate from high school, they have access to guidance and support as they plan for further education or careers. BlinkNow is transforming lives through the many opportunities they provide.
