My name is Amir Saleem. I am forever grateful to IOBY for their support of community, and newer non-profits. I first found out about IOBY in about 2018. Wasn't successful coming out the gate, and I believe I came into the understanding of IOBY during a change in leadership.

Dawn Arrington became my IOBY person. Dawn and I have found success not only, success for By Leaps And Bounds. But because of our countless touch points, several non-profits and projects have seen its fruition. We look forward to 2022 and beyond working with IOBY system of leaders and community.
