Review for Keshet Inc, Jamaica Plain, MA, USA
Keshet has changed the Jewish community in the greater Boston area and beyond. With Jewish continuity on the minds of a great many Jews, Keshet provides the means for inclusion of LGBTQ Jews in mainstream and LGBTQ-specific settings. What greater service could one ask?! My own experience is that Keshet opened the door in my own synagogue to a much more GLBTQ-sensitive atmosphere. Keshet has also given me the opportunity to serve in a Jewish organization in which I could feel at home.

Seeing it grow from a tiny group with some great ideas to a huge presence in the Boston area and a growing national presence.

Role: Board Member & As both a board member and donor I have helped with oversight and organizational issues and have also participated in fund-raising activities.
