MHWF Inc is the absolute best horse rescue in the MidWest in my opinion. They sincerely care about the horses they are able to rescue. They keep legal ownership for 5 years after an adoption and make sure with med records & hoof trim/ tooth floating records through that 5 years that adopters are responsible owners. When My health failed I never could have let my precious belong horse go anywhere else but MHWF without it completely breaking my heart and me in general. I am so grateful to them & I KNOW my horse was placed in a wonderful forever home.
