SCHOOL, Inc. is an inspiring nonprofit educational program for youth social and emotional learning in the classroom. The knowledge, care, and attention to detail are visible in each SCHOOL Yoga Library lesson. The video lessons include cheerful, eye-catching animated introductions, followed by memorable and soothing teachings from Ms. Kelly. The lessons are structured for teachers and students to learn together and build upon the material for practice in school and daily life. Kelly’s expertise and compassion for mindfulness practices are apparent in her core teaching of Calm Breathing Calm Hearts. It is a joy to work with Kelly and I am proud to contribute to the success of the program. SCHOOL, Inc. is an impressive educational program in which I highly recommend to all grade school educators.
