Where do I start with this EXTRODINARY group of humans. Penny and her angels have been helping with bottle babies and moms with babies for Happy Tails for a bunch of years now…… the dedication, hours and sometimes heartbreak they endure is endless and yet they open their heart back up for the next batch of babies. I can’t thank you all enough for all the help in the past and years to come you are definitely God sent
