My Nonprofit Reviews

Review for Crossroads, Inc., Claremont, CA, USA
Crossroads is a non-profit organization that helps formally incarcerated women to self-sufficiency. I have seen first hand, the great work this program does for women. It's about empowerment, self-loving and learning to live a life outside of prison. Sister Terry, Jackie White, Heather Long and the rest of the staff do an amazing job! Each has their part to play and they do it with passion. I have, and do, contribute to Crossroads and will continue to do so.
My heart is filled when I meet a woman who has completed the program. Whether they work at the 99 cent Store , sandwich counter at Sprouts or have become a college professor, these are all wins. (Yes, I've seen them all.)
Gratitude is the word that comes to mind when I think of the women in the program. They are so grateful for the opportunity of a second chance in life, and that is exactly what Crossroads provides.
