Review for Oregon Friends of Shelter Animals, Hillsboro, OR, USA
I have been an OFOSA supporter for over 15 years. Their goal is to help move animals from shelters to homes. They use home based fosters so animals aren't kept in kennels all the time. Animals are well cared for and greatly loved by their foster families.
