My Nonprofit Reviews

I interned here in the Summer of 2021, and Mil Milagros has been by far the best internship experience I have had. I worked closely with staff, who were always extraordinarily helpful and insightful, creating materials to help spread awareness about the indigenous people of Guatemala here in the United States. Mil Milagros is a small nonprofit, but one that has a huge influence on the communities in which they work. Their dedication to grassroots, female-led leadership and respect for the communities in which they work in rural Guatemala is something that some larger nonprofits should take note of!
