My involvement with Sanctity of Life Ministries (SLM) dates back to 2005. The women and men who work and volunteer there are very compassionate and kind, dedicated to helping women who are struggling with unplanned pregnancies. They are a lifeline to many women in need, some who come from very difficult circumstances. For example. some of their clients are new to the US and have no job, income, or family here when they discover that they're unexpectedly pregnant. The people at SLM provide caring, medical services, counseling, educational classes and baby items to support them through not only the birth of their child but also for many months. The volunteers here freely give of their time to help others. SLM assists over 750 women a year by providing free medical services with lots of compassion; all done with excellence, to help the women in this area.
