Review for Gig Harbor Peninsula Historical Society, Gig Harbor, WA, USA
What an excellent museum! I work as a volunteer at the Harbor History Museum filling a database with photos to go along with descriptions. That way, visitors will be able to search the database for places, names or categories of photos of interest to them. The fact that many of the items on display are hands-on makes this museum is not only unusual but very personal. There are programs for groups of adults as well as classes of school children...something for everyone.
