Before I joined PoWeR! Book Bags as a volunteer, I hadn't realized the vast scope of underserved children when it came to educational success when Play, Writing, and Reading were concerned. It's a joy to be part of this organization and the success it brings to kids (and their families).

PoWeR Book Bags is an amazing organization that provides literacy materials to children in underserved areas here in northern Michigan.

PoWeR Book Bags! Is a tremendous organization providing resource materials (Play, Writing and Books) to children in underserved communities. When a 3rd grader looks at you with joy in his eyes and says "Now I own three books!" you know you're involved with a great organization. I sew bags and love being a part of it all.
