For the past few years, I have had the wonderful opportunity to volunteer as a Board Member for UCP of Central PA. It has been a pleasure to work with so many talented, caring, and compassionate team members at UCP. This is especially true when working with the Executive Leadership Team; led by UCP's CEO Janeen Latin. UCP is often cited as a "best practice" organization and continues to strive to improve in every area, with a constant focus upon the quality of services provided to our many participants. I encourage and welcome new volunteers to attend and fully experience the many celebrations at UCP - you will be rewarded with meeting joyful participants and staff. I look forward to many new and exciting happenings at UCP in the New Year!

I have been blessed to be a part of the UCP Central PA family since 2018. Each and every time that I have an opportunity to be with the staff members of UCP, I come away joyful and inspired. The work that everyone does is absolutely amazing. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. I have recently become a Board member and continue to have very positive experiences. The leadership team at UCP is exceptional. I encourage anyone thinking of working or volunteering at UCP to definitely explore the many fulfilling opportunities. You will be inspired!

For the past 4+ years, I have had a wonderful opportunity to be with UCP of Central PA as a volunteer, Board Member, and donor. Without exception, every interaction that I have been blessed to have with members of the Executive Team, the Leadership Team, and other staff members has been inspirational and humbling. The "all in" contributions that staff members make to fulfill UCP's mission is truly wonderful. Kindness, professionalism, humor, thoroughness, and dedication abound.
