Two determined and fun pioneers in the field of non- verbal emotional first aid techniques. Determined to make the seemingly impossible both possible and easy with their Trauma Tapping Technique (TTT) they teach and people reap positive results worldwide. “Heal one teach one” is a motto of theirs, encouraging the grass roots spread of preventative health care energy techniques, seeking to improve the world’s emotional health.
TTT is my ‘go to’ mind body tool for easing headaches, tummy issues, procrastination, stuck ness and general ‘pissed-off-ness’. I am lucky to not require it for the extreme uses it has been tasked with effectively helping such as PTSD in Rwanda genocide.
Ever-ready to help, with their ever-ready TTT technique. What a pioneering pair of humanitarians. Thank you Ulf and Gunilla

The Peaceful Heart Network, spearheaded by Ulf and Gunilla, has truly inspired my humanitarian work. Working ceaselessly to design and communicate new and existing tools to help people facing trauma and stress in their lives, their book 'Trauma Tapping Techniques' is the authority on emotional first aid and how to create self resilience.
It is wonderful to feel the fun and lightheartedness with which they communicate their techniques, often using song, music and actions without words to help bridge language and trauma barriers. Who knew a balloon was the perfect tool for bringing people out of themselves!
They inspire me in all I do, as I witness their heartfelt desire and determination to spreading the word and their encouragement for each person they encounter or reach, to pass it on.
My thanks always for the training, encouragement, advice and help they have so freely shared with me, which motivates and inspires me to follow their lead myself.
