My experience with OFOSA was awesome, and I'm so thankful for all the work they do. My family and I recently adopted two rescue dogs from OFOSA, and had a wonderful experience. We were traveling from pretty far away, and both the shelter and the pups' foster mom worked together to limit our trips and make the adoption process stress-free for us. The staff at OFOSA is super friendly and informative, and all that they to rehabilitate these little ones and find them the perfect home is so impressive.
Having the dogs in a foster home for a bit gave their foster mom a chance to see their mannerisms in a real environment, which allowed us to know ahead of time that we were going to be able to meet their needs and be their forever family. Thanks the the rehabilitation work they do, they are coming with a bit of established medical history as well. I do believe it was a match made in heaven!
Our family is now complete, but if ever adopt another pet, I will definitely go through OFOSA.
