I have been a volunteer driver for Project C.U.R.E. For 12 years. Each week I drive a large box truck, with my friend Gary, to various hospitals, doctor’s offices and residential homes to pick up donated medical supplies and equipment.

It is very rewarding to see these items then loaded in large shipping containers, destined for those in need in third-world countries. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to serve in this capacity, especially in these pandemic times. It gives me, a person with no medical background, a chance to my part to address this emergency.

In addition, all the folks at Project C.U.R.E share the vision of bringing hope and health to those in need.

I really look forward to Tuesdays, when get to drive for Project C.U.R.E. I am proud to be a part of Project C.U.R.E.
