It has an ambitious agenda which goes beyond education to actually transforming their lives by taking them to financially Independence. The charity is totally efficient achieving it's mission with an overhead of only 7.5% and the cost of education a girl is less than a dollar a day. The charity is totally transparent publishing all its outcomes and accounts on its website and sharing both the successes and the challenges openly with its supporters.

The focus on outcomes and results achieved is totally unique to this charity. Performance goals are agreed with each accredited school and support is linked to performance.

Goals range from simple indicator of enrollment to performance in independent school Board examinations but do not stop there. Indicators like placement into jobs and incomes are closely tracked and ambitious goals are set.

Reporting is totally transparent: from costs which are low, overheads which are tightly controlled at below 10% and drop out, completion and placement rates.

With virtually no overheads and working with schools nearly 10 000 miles away, this non profit applies global best practices and unlimited dedication to break through barriers of gender and class to deliver quality education to girls living in poverty.

It did not allow the pandemic lock down and in fact made it an opportunity to break through into the world of digital learning, achieving extra ordinary outcomes.
