Review for W.O.M.A.N., Inc. - Women Organized to Make Abuse Non Existent Inc, San Francisco, CA, USA
My experience working as a volunteer on the WOMAN Inc. crisis line was powerful and fulfilling. I went through the organization's rigorous training to become a certified domestic violence counselor, and I found the training engaging , fascinating, and helpful. By the time I started working on the crisis line, I felt prepared. Nervous, but prepared! :)

During my shifts on the crisis line (which I did from the WOMAN Inc. office and from home), I was moved by the level of commitment and passion this organization's staffers show for their work. It is truly a labor of love, and I saw firsthand how much our work personally impacted women in crisis.
