The BGCTC is amazing because its staff is amazing. They care so much and they have a deep understanding on how to effectively engage with youths in our underserved communities in the twin cities. The organization provides an environment that is safe and welcoming. The programs are thoughtfully designed to hit on core basic academics as well as expanding the youths’ perspectives on their potentials. The staff thoughtfully balances learning and fun to reinforce accountability and discipline to help youths learn and grow. I also find the BGCTC to be a learning organization. It develops and track metrics. It seeks to improve and evolve as an organization. It is agile as needs change to better serve the community. Go visit and find out for yourself.
