I support The Skin Cancer Foundation with my donations as both a beneficiary of their expertise, which I have consistently found to be the most up-to-the minute and helpful in a field that can be extremely confusing to the average consumer, and as a contributor to the foundation's online materials and to its annual magazine, where I have written articles on topics ranging from the latest developments in sunscreens to stories about long-term survivors of melanoma. I speak from long experience when I say that the editing and fact checking at the foundation are among the most rigorous that I have ever experienced as a journalist. The wealth of information, support, and services the foundation provides through all its platforms is top-notch in every way.
