Umbrella provides a very unique and valuable service. We have been members of Umbrella for over a decade. First, for our live in father and now for both of us. While we have not needed them many times, each time we did they were very helpful in linking us with needed services, whether Electrical, furnace, household or outside work, we received excellent service at a very reasonable cost. They are certainly helping people stay in their homes and aging in place, where that is the need of the member. Thanks Ron, your staff and your volunteers that have served us so well!! chris, colonie
