Became aware of Moments of Hope when I started going to church 4 years ago. My son, who is now 12, has a huge heart, especially for those living without a house. We started serving on Saturdays where we could meet, feed, and pray with those that need a friendly face. Cold temperatures, rain, ice, snow, heat...the volunteers are there serving food, repairing bikes, addressing medical needs, praying. Throughout the years, I've noticed the group collecting warm clothes, toiletries, items for children during the holidays, sleeping bags. They help with temporary housing needs and transportation. A great and necessary non profit for our area.
