I sit on the Board for BlinkNow. The dollar goes very far in Nepal. The organization works hard to follow it's long term strategic plan, yet to be fluid enough to handle unexpected issues. The organization is run by it's founder. In the last five years it has also employed a professional development director and executive director to ensure long term stability. The budget and programming are constantly reviewed. The organization employs close to 100 Nepali citizens to provide programming-- a strong way to support the local community
