My name is Leangseng, Director of the Cambodian Community Dream Organization in Cambodia. Our organization grows very quickly when we start working with SEAF and having Bill coaching us to do the right things. SEAF also helps to build a powerful community call "Cambodian Leadership Learning Community", this group is gathering around 30 NGOs to have a monthly meeting to share issues/challenges, best practices, funding, and mentoring leadership and management.
