"My counselor, Helen has helped me so much. I have been so depressed and sad because someone I trusted hurt my child, and I did not know. Helen has helped me to manage my emotions and guilt for not knowing. Now I can share my feelings and fears with my partner and we can support each other. I didn’t know what to do when my child had nightmares, now I know how to be calm and help my child. I know we can handle this and whatever may come up in the future."
