My Nonprofit Reviews

For the past two years, I've been volunteering with READ Bhutan from Singapore as part of our chapter of the organization at our school. Each week, we would host calls with the READ centers and have conversations with the women and children who visit, as well as help them improve their English speaking and reading skills. I often find myself looking forward to getting to know more of Bhutanese culture through the calls, and it's also been very fun getting to know people and bonding with them over shared interests and experiences. Although I was not able to travel to Bhutan recently due to the pandemic, friends have shared photos with me of their adventures from years prior - with one of my favourites attached here in this post.
