Mothers Trust Foundation focuses on helping the children, particularly providing the little things that make a child's life better, but that other agencies do not provide. As a member of the service team, each week I help make the decisions that benefit these families. During the pandemic, we underwrote rent, power and heat, so that the families could have stable, safe housing. We provide child car seats, clothing, shoes, school and sports fees, eye exams and glasses and a number of other necessities, All of this takes money and we are careful with ours. I have been involved in fundraising through volunteering at our annual fundraiser, the "Betty Bash," as well as helping out at the golf outing, volunteering at the local art fair that benefits Mothers Trust and just about anything else that I can. Mothers Trust Foundation is a wonderful organization.
