Helping people around the world improve their lives though Outreach International (OI) extends my reach as a volunteer and long-time donor. Knowing that local people receiving OI services are developing their skills to improve their community situations "checks off" another box for me: positive changes are more likely to be sustained and replicated.

As a former professional with experience in a similar field, I've seen the ripple effect when people acquire skills and initiate participation in meeting their community needs. OI ranks high among organizations with the largest percentage of charitable donations going directly to the field. I've met several frontline community workers addressing complicated scenarios and root causes. These conversations and their website information satisfy my strong belief that donations and time are used effectively.

Outreach International makes it easy to practice gratitude. I am thankful OI is out there on our behalf enhancing its important assets: human development and lives.
