VTS is by far the best organization out in the civilian sector helping veterans transition from military mindset to civilian expectations.

Many other organizations my friends or I’ve had experiences with aren’t quite there for Veteran’s with 100% genuineness. Sometimes it feels that other organizations try to find ways to disqualify Veteran’s prior to helping them.

VTS is completely opposite to those! VTS truly cares; their mission is to assist in any way possible to ensure your success.
Russell Levy doesn’t need to be doing this for Veterans. He’s a well educated civilian, he could’ve chose to continue with his civilian life, minding his own business, making hundreds of thousands of dollars. Instead, he gave it all away to assist America’s valiant make the transition to being a civilian once again.

VTS goes above and beyond, they assist Veterans with multiple training opportunities from interview preparation, to resume writing, OSHA training, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Lean Six Sigma and so on… VTS services don’t end there, they continue after the training is completed by assisting Veteran’s with mentors that have gone through the process and other career professionals that are willing to help. They assist you with guidance in finding jobs, and brainstorming career paths. The wealth of their contacts are insurmountable. Russell is always there every step of the way, he’s a father figure, a brother, a mentor, a career counselor, etc.

Thank you Russell for making our transition much less frightening and much more intriguing.
