Rescue embodies teamwork, and I am beyond proud that they not only exist but are in my backyard of Detroit, Michigan! As a nonprofit leader and community organizer myself, collaboration is my middle name. Thankfully, Rescue is cut from that same cloth. When it came time for us to assist families from the community that we serve who were experiencing food insecurity, Rescue was more than willing to jump in and lend a helping hand. Not only that, they went the extra mile and gave us their most precious resource, their time. Thank you for joining forces with our org and electing to "Rescue" families in our program that you had never met before. Detroit is in great hands!
