Wisconsin Microfinance is a great Madison-based organization that helps so many across the world. They focus on poverty, women, and inequality by creating opportunities for many people facing barriers through a sustainable microfinance model. The Board are all very connected to the mission and the Madison community which really brings the two worlds together. Plus, they frequently involve students, like me, for professional and personal growth opportunities which is an additional benefit to Madison.
