I started volunteering for MEND 10 years ago, in the last two years I had the opportunity to serve as a Board Member. As a volunteer and Board member I have seen the impact MEND has on the community, when I first walked into the building 10 years ago I witness how every individual who walks through their doors is welcome and treated with dignity and respect.

I have been a MEND volunteer since 2013, during this time I have witness how everyone is welcome with a smile and a warm greeting. For MEND employees and volunteers the most important thing is to serve each client with respect and dignity.
