I have adopted and volunteered with ARK Charities for numerous years and they are the most dedicated and trustworthy organizations I have encountered. They work tirelessly to be sure the dogs are well taken care of, happy and healthy. The extent which they go to in order to assure the dogs go to the very best homes in something quite special. They work so hard to be sure the dogs and adopters are well matched, often recommending a different dog than the adopters may have originally sought but always seeking the very best fit possible. One of the things that has impressed me the most is their honesty and integrity to all aspects of the rescue process. They always take bonded pair, never leaving a dog behind, they take medical dogs and those passed over waiting for a miracle on death-row and give them the life that these dogs never dreamed. It is truly a wonderful experience to work with them and to know an organization that operates with such integrity, honesty and compassion and to see the difference they make in the lives of these dogs and the families they join and love them more than words can say.
