I first came across this rescue a few years ago when my husband and I wanted to adopt a small dog - and ended up with 2! Patches and Hobo brought so much love and joy into our lives that I can't imagine a home without them. Afterward we were able to assist in transporting dogs from SC to VA on two occasions - once picking up 3 from a county shelter and another time we got to pickup 2 from Danny and Ron's Rescue. I was happy knowing that these older dogs were going to be having wonderful retirements thanks to Brenda and Jim.
