Having once been a professional athlete but now having limited mobility, I have found Art & Creativity for Healing an incredible release mentally and emotionally. Im so grateful that this organization exists and that I don’t have to live in California to benefit from this extremely important activity for myself for my overall wellness. Taking advantage of live zoom classes as well as the prerecorded ones made available has been a great blessing in my life.
