I've' been familiar with DetecTogether for many years. It was 15-40 Connection and then they did a rebrand and I have been working with them for many years. I have watched them grow and evolve as a nonprofit. Founder Jim Coughlin is blazing a trail with his own experience with cancer.
DetecTogether address' the mystery and questions that many are afraid to ask their doctor when it comes to cancer. The entire organization is dedicated to this cause and doing everything they can to educate and inform the public about cancer and the questions that should be asked. I am particularly intrigued by group training that they offer to students and firefighters. DetecTogether is helpful to everyone. It's a cause we can all get behind. Everyone is touched by cancer.
