I met Jessica and her organization through rescue channels, and there is no one that does more for animals in her area, than her. I don't care if the dog is a senior, has no legs, and is blind, she will go above and beyond, raise thousands of dollars and ensure the animal not only gets the best care, but also goes above and beyond to provide a future for her animals. She is truly a blessing and her organization has done more for animals than anyone else in our area. ARTBAR is truly a blessing to so many people in this area. Jessica, her organization and the animals she helps are a shining example of kindness and dedication.
