MUD is one of the more innovative and unique non-profits I've ever encountered. They've carved out a great niche as a model for how to make owning a home more affordable by sharing tools, providing affordable classes, and providing actual demonstration projects.

Get it a more sustainable small dollar fundraising base by recruiting monthly members rather than annual members.
