I ordered trees with a $10 membership fee, checked my bank and they charged me a $50 dollar membership fee and a $10 membership fee and also the price for the trees. I called and I also sent a message on their site. I never approved a $50 membership fee. I asked for someone to call me, IT HAS STILL NOT HAPPENED (6 days have passed). The person that answered said the managers were in a meeting but she would let them know to call me. STILL NO CALL. I can only guess if this will get corrected or if I will get the trees I paid for. I will call them until they resolve this. Ridiculous I have to waste time and beg them to fix their error. I would suggest using caution prior to doing any business with them.
