When my husband died unexpectedly at 63, a close friend ,Dale Wang,who works for WJCS,encouraged me to join a bereavement group.I resisted .I knew I would not benefit from a group with people whose spouses had long lives:WJCS had a group of men and women with losses similar to mine.
Being part of this group has helped me grapple with some fundamental
issues related to this loss for me and my children. I credit my luck at being part of WJCS as a key factor as I move ahead in life>
