OEC has committed, effective staff and is a leader on environmental issues in Oregon. My organization focuses on workers' rights and OEC has been an incredible partner as we fight for strong worker protections from heat and smoke. Special shout out to Jamie Pang and Nora Apter who have led a broad coalition of environmental, public health and labor advocates through the Oregon OSHA rulemaking process over the past year. They have also led implementation of the broader Oregon Climate Action Plan which directs 16 state agencies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. OEC is truly a great non-profit.
