I have worked with stacia in regards to adopting and fostering for years. She has always been there for my own dogs and ones I am fostering needs. When she took over rascal rescue I knew she wld do everything she could to save as many animals as possible. Rascal rescue isn’t afraid to speak up for animals and do whatever it takes to make sure these babies are safe and loved. If it wasn’t for rescues a lot of animals would never know what love felt like. Here is Jaqueline a female I fostered that had been over bred left in a crate in her on waste and dead dogs laying on ground near her. Yet she still loved humans. And is now being spoiled by her fur ever family
