I have sponsored children in Guatemala through Unbound for 20+ years. I can't put into words how rewarding this experience has been. Not only have I made personal connections with families in another country and culture, but I have learned so much about their world and their lives. There is no doubt in my mind that Unbound has taken the right approach in allowing families and communities to make some of their own decisions in how to use the aid they receive, thus empowering them to improve their lives in the most meaningful way. The opportunities provided to visit sponsored communities are a real blessing to those who can take advantage of them. Unbound has made a real positive difference in so many lives. I have no hesitation in continuing to support this wonderful vibrant organization.
