Spirit is very volunteer friendly. They have frequent trainings for all volunteers to be competent. They have specific roles for each volunteer every week whether working with the riders or doing farm work. They are very flexible with everyone’s schedule. It has been a pleasure volunteering with them! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure everyone has a good experience: riders, parents, and volunteers.
