I had been searching for support with my disordered eating that made sense in my life and my walk with Christ. I was seeking desperately for motivation to free me from this prison. I found the focus for this in the support on FINDINGbalance and the online resources have helped me begin to find freedom. It's an ongoing battle but one I believe is possible to overcome with this support. It makes a significant difference in my life every time I listen to a virtual program and I really notice if I miss a week.
