I met Pam in November 2020 before I found the dog that I eventually would adopt. Her calm demeanor is reflected in her charming, tranquil facility. She is caring and extremely knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviors and provides support and encouragement for the dog rescuer as well.

My new dog, an international adoption, came to me in March 2021. There were many issues that I did not experience with my previous dog. While I still work diligently with Mango, Pam has offered detailed resources and explanations as a follow-up to in-person meetings or the many questions and concerns that I send to her electronically. The valuable service from Doing Right By Rescues complements other efforts that I continue to make with my dog.
