Review for Information Technology Exchange - give IT. get IT., Waterville, ME, USA
I am a resident of New York State. I was introduced to GIVE IT. GET IT. through a senior service program that services the whole of the United States Of America. I was grateful at the time because I needed a reasonably priced computer. Not only did I get a reasonably priced computer; I was also offered technical support for free. I have been assisted and learned a great deal through the help desk. The help desk has kept my computer up and running long after the purchase of my computer.
GIVEIT. GET IT. is a great service to the community and is comparable to no other that I have ever heard of. You are also given the opportunity to give back by donating in many ways. The experience has been great and I would like to say thank you for providing your services.
Thank you.

RE: Performance Review
It is my honor to have been asked to write a review for (Give I.T Get I.T.) here after to be abbreviated GIT-GIT. I would describe GIT-GIT as a computer company that gives low income people the chance to have a great computer purchasing and computer help desk experience. The cost of the program is minimal to what you receive.
I live in New York State, and it was my pleasure to hear about GIT-GIT through a Senior Employment Program at a time when I was in great need of a computer.
It was during the start of the lockdown and my laptop had many viruses. I had decided that I was going to go on you tube and learn how to clean up the viruses on my computer; on my own. I searched many sites and was able to find some fixes, but the fixes became more complicated. Needless to say; I made matters worse, to the point where my computer would no longer work.
I needed a computer to be able to work from home and luckily GIT-GIT was able to help me. They were truly a lifesaver. They shipped my computer to my home along with headphones, a webcam, speakers, and all of the utility cords that I needed. When I opened my package all I could say was WOW! I felt that I had hit the jack pot, but the best part of the program was speaking to Ms. Jody Martin who was able to understand what I needed then and in the future for a computer. I am interested in starting a medical billing company from home and Ms. Martin was aware of the computer setup that I would need to be able to accomplish my project. GIT-GIT also offers a help desk support; which I have used. Mr. Barry VanGurp was very helpful. He helped me to set up my printer when I thought that Windows 10 would not support the older one that I had. It was great I was able to push buyig a new printer down the road. Not only are Mr. VanGurp and Ms. Martin computer experts. They are teachers. I have learned a lot through them.
I can't express to you how much it meant for me to find GIT-GIT. I have also referred one of my nieces to the program, and I plan on telling every one that I know abut GIT-GIT. I boast about the program every chance that I get.
Thank you for everything.
Sincerely,
Karen Forest Barnes
