I have been participating in the Fieldstone Leadership network for almost a decade now and have learned so much through their Executive Learning Groups, Coaching Programs, Equity Journey program, as well as the one-off trainings and networking events provided. I truly believe it has been one of the most beneficial programs in my leadership development as a nonprofit executive and I have been connected to so many resources, friends and supporters throughout the years. We have had many of our staff team participate as well and feedback has been so positive. The speakers and staff are engaged, committed, fun and inspiring and you can tell they are extremely dedicated and invested in the growth of our local nonprofit community.
