With over 18 years working with nonprofits across the country, I see many different organizations across the spectrum. From those with a great idea and big picture vision and those with specific "boots on the ground" experience and results. Often organizations begin with a big picture and mission, yet they level out over time as the details of specific individuals they serve prove to be complex and limit the organization's capacity. Solutions for Change is special in that they really do continue to grow their vision as they serve more and more individuals, not only addressing the complex and what can be messy needs of individuals. They make a difference in individual lives while seeing and addressing the big picture as well. They are not limited to the status quo and they successfully keep innovating for the benefit of those they serve and for everyone who wants to be part of solving homelessness.
